Garam.Sit.

I started school, Azrin started his new job, so by the end of the day, we would either just go out for a drink, or one of us would just fall asleep while on the phone.

Weekends should be our date-day right? Unfortunately, not. I have Block Teaching this weekend. That means I have 4 hours of class on Saturday and Sunday. Not just that, I have to listen to I-dont-understand-you Australian accent. So, basically, I have to wake up in the morning, on a weekend, and go listen to something, that in my head, does'nt even make sense. Im too use to learning with " You know how you get this ah?" and " This and that you get this lah!" Any accent without 'ah' and 'lah' would have a hard time registering in my brain.heh.

So Friday night, Azrin and I went to watch the long awaited, Salt.

Oh, Angelina Jolie. Honestly, if it wasn't for Jolie, I think the movie would be a bit on the boring side. Nothing new on the whole action, shooting, jumping, spy-ing thing, espiacially from Jolie. But her hotness still makes the movie good. Is it me or she ages drastically. Having 95 kids sure takes a whole lot out of you.

....eh, still gorge!

Before the movie, we were walking around and found a really cozy place to chill and eat.

Duduk Cafe.

Food is good, very homey environment. In fact, not many people know this place I think, so we had the whole place to ourselves!

Hats Off!

You know how the westerners are all crazy about hair extensions, or they call it, weave (to me, it sounds like carpet). What's the point?

I have super duper thick hair.Everytime I go to a hairdresser, they would go googoo-gaga bout the thickness of my hair. Don't see the big deal is because..

a) In this weather, it's like wearing 10 layers of snowcap in a 45 degrees weather.
b) It's so heavy, it's like carrying a pile of book on your head.
c) If I wash my hair at 9 a.m and towel dry it, it will be fully dry at 4 p.m.

It's a curse (I know, I know, I should be thankful I'm not bald).

One more major thing is that I can't wear hats.Or caps.Maybe helmets too (there goes my dream of becoming a F1 driver). If I force a hat on my head, it will just bounce back.Or the hat will rip apart.

*pointless*

This sucks, because I love hats. Espiacially crazy, classy ones (not Gaga ones). I want to be like the Queen. Her hats collections are crazy.

I also love Jane Taylor's hats. Classy yet modern, different but not weird.Just lovely.

My pick :

Oh, gorgeous!

Won't it just compliment a perfect evening gown?? I could only imagine wearing it (unless they have in in size "elephant head")

Then again, it is so hot here, and your hair will get all sweaty and gooey in the hat...Ewww gross!

I wonder if the Queen still wears a hat if she's in Malaysia.

Easy Peasy

Classes started. Its crazy! Can't wait for this whole 'college' thing to be over. Yeah, I know how people say things like college is the best time of your life and what not, but I'm over it. Im 21, I was suppose to finish college last year, but the genius me just had to flunk some papers (like I said, numbers and me don't go). I'm more Fashion, less Finance.

See, couture and cash dont mix.

My timetable is pretty nuts. I arranged my classes to be one after another, so I barely have time for lunch on some days (I should lose weight by the end of the semester, right?).

Speaking of lunch, I realise that most students, either local, international, art, engineering, we all have one thing in common- how dependant of us to instant noodle. After all, its cheap, its quick, and available 24 hrs, 7 days a week, no?

I am no exception. Even though I live with my parents, at times when they are not at home, and when there is a hole in my pocket (I really don't know where my money go), I turn to a good friend. The one that stands by me through rough times, the one that acompany me on night I've to study for a test and the one that is always there in the kitchen cupboard even if the tsunami hits (touch wood!!).heh

.... Mamee Sllrrrp!

aah, from chicken, asam laksa, mee rebus, original, to my favourite- Kari Berapi!

When I have all the time in the world, I would spice things up by frying it with sausages, prawns or whatever I have in the freezer.

...but when I'm busy (or lazy) I just boil water, pour, wait 3 minutes, and tadaa!! Thay even have a bowl/cup so no need to wash dishes (yay!!).

Ultimate lazy food.

Tekken is in the Cinemas!!!

I must say I'm a pretty boy-ish girl. I did not grow up with any sister, instead I have an elder brother.Much elder.9 years elder, to be precise. What did this siblings do while growing up? Our age gap is too big to wrestle around and fight (plus, he won't hurt his one and only precious sister, right?), so we took it to the battle ground.

...on TV, that is.

From PS, to PS2, I spent most of my childhood on video games. I think kids these days don't even know how to play traditional games, like congkak (oh well, there will probably be a 'congkak' video game soon). I play all sorts of games, from racing, to football, to spongebob-anything.

My ultimate favourite- Tekken! From the first one, till the 6th- been there, done that!

No, I did not choose one of those girly, giggly ones, only because they're too noisy. My favourite character is Eddy Gordo *yummm*. He is the Brazillian dude (i think, because he always wear something green and yellow), tough, dark and handsome. I love him, because he does not fight with the typical punch-punch-kick-punch-kiccccccck. But he is a Capoeira master, which is like a dance thing with legs always up in the air. Oh, a man who fights with dancing? That is sexy on a stick!

*drooool*

I remember when Eddy used to fight Kazuya (I think he is my brother's pick). Of course Eddy's legs would end up on Kazuya's head.

*double drool*

...and than there's Panda.

Awwwwww. Who would ever hurt a cute little thing like this?

Anyway, now the movie is coming out *excited* and from the trailer that I watched, ORGASMIC! If it is anything like the video game, it would be AWESOME!

Can't wait! Can't wait!!

BFF B'day!

First of all, Happy Birthday Siti Sarah/Lala/Square/Squee/Lalat/Shrek/Crazy Hair. How come, the longer I know you, I realise that I come up with more weird names for you. Eh, that is what friends are for, right?

So she had a small dinner at her house, a potluck thing. Knowing my friends, food will never be enough, so everyone bought/cooked food as if this country will be at war tomorrow. Oh well, since you can't lose weight, why not make your friends fat *flips hair*.

Her apartment was beautiful!! One side with a view of..the world, and another side a view of mountains, which apparently is where the Orang Asli stays (I wonder if they really are always naked, because it was kinda cold). We ate on her giganticor balcony, and since it was on the 14th floor (i think), it was freezing!

As a birthday tradition, we played charades! Sofia, Sarah, Fazna and myself should enter World Charades Championship or something, I swear. Fazna and I are in a team and we lost!

I gave Sarah her present, and everyone was grossed out. I dont understand why though. It's not used, duh!

Panties!!and a ring that screams "Siti Sarah".heh.

Sofia will interframe any chance she gets :)

Happy Birthday to a lady I've known since high school, who I've dragged to study in Sunway too, the one I turn too for shoes advice (only because Sofia can't see colours!), and may we be friends until YOU are grey and old (hehe), and I promise you, if one day you're in a coma or something (touch wood), I will put preety make-up on you, I will brush your hair and I will put on you the most ridiculously high heels on you (because you don't need to walk in them anyway) espiacially if your doctor is cute *wink*. I hope, that in 40 years time, others may not understand us, but we still understand each other.

*sob*

Now that speech made sense. Why? Because the morning of her birthday, this is what I wished her :

Selamat Hari Jadi Makcik!

Sasso-what?

Azrin and I missed our monthesarry on the 12th, but I believe in even if you are 4 days late, just celebrate it. Why? Because once you miss a celebration, there will be more "its ok, we'll just celebrate next month" moments. Unacceptable.

So we decided to go out for dinner. We always try out new places, once a month.

On the phone..
Me : Lets eat Sosoreno
Azrin : I dont want Japanese.
Me : Seroseno..
Azrin : huh?
Me : Sarroso??
Azrin : Sauce what?
Me : Sassorosso!!
Azrin : wtf
Me : Its an Italian restaurant lah.

So yeah, its Sassorosso. Can't they put normal easy name like Periuk, Belanga, Hammer, Teapot, something along that line. Anyway, Azrin is crazy about Italian food. He would sleep with pasta if he could (eww, gross).
.

The place was somewhere in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng. Its preety secluded though, but very intimate.Friendly waiters, too (maybe too friendly).

Waiter : Who's choosing the wine?
Me : No wine, sorry.
Waiter : *weird look* Why?
Me : ..............

Food was awesome, though.
My Penne Chicken with Creamy Tomato Sauce :
Im not a big fan of tomato-based pasta but this was gooooood!
Azrin's Fettucine Carbonara :

Yummy. Anything with the word carbonara on, Azrin would kill for. He would probably name his son Mohd Carbonara.
Azrin's Chocolate Ice Cream, and my God-knows-what ice cream :

My ice cream tasted like lemon and vanilla. No idea what it was. I think it had something in it because I was super giddy after.
Wheeeeeee!

Girl v Boy

I'm super grateful that I'm a girl, sometimes. Yes, I can't pee standing up, can't think of nothing (still amazes me that men have a box of nothing in their brain), do not understand football, but listen boys, we do have multiple orgasms! *sticks out tongue*. Pee and sex aside, I like being a girl, because I can dress up.

We girls can pick between pants, skirts, shorts, leggings, jeggings, dress, shirts, tunics, tshirts, tube, halter, heck, we could put on cardboards and be fabulous. Case in point : Lady Gaga.

Sorry boys, y'all stick with the boring tshirt, suits, pants. Although more and more boys are starting to wear skirts and leggings.Such copycats. It's ok, there is one thing that will always belong to the ladies- heels.

Oh god, I sound like a sexist now.

Designers now do spice up men's outfit, but I find there is a super duper thin line between being metrosexually hawt and looking gay (having 90% gay models walking up and down the runway sure does'nt help).

What ever happens to all the straight models?

Holy moly guacamole!Who needs the World Cup when you have that, right Chris? Must.Go.Portugal.Find.Boys.Like.That.

In Malaysia, I understand it is hard for boys to dress up because of the weather (well, than everyone should work out and walk around topless). But beauty is pain right?Or was it pain is beauty? Anyway, boys, just suck it up, spray on a couple bottles of perfume (because all the sweat is going to stank you up) and be oh-so-fabulous.

All men should look like this, and the world will be a better place.

Back to Normal

The world cup fever is o-v-a-h!

Football was never really my thing (actually no sports are my thing). Why, you ask? Here's why. The idea of 22 grown up, good looking, well paid boys chasing after one bloody ball around a field, just has not click to me.yet.maybe one day. Well, if they want the ball so much, they should just each get a ball, and toss it around. Not like they can't afford it. I mean, if David Beckham can buy Victoria kebejillion Birkins, I'm sure he could buy a ball or two for himself. A Birkin Ball.

But one thing I believe in life is, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em".That is excatly what I did, and managed to earn a couple of buckaroos while at it. Why be the only one left out, when the whole world is watching it right? (also, because Daddy hogs the TV so I can't watch E!, but thank god for Perez).

I don't stay up to watch 2.30 a.m games, except the Germany-Uruaguay game, and the finals.

Yesterday, I went over to Azrin's to watch the finals. We couldnt find any place that was not packed like sardines in a can, so decided to buy KFC and watch it at his house. My money, of course, was on Spain.

First of all, the match was more WWF than World Cup. Second, I almost took a flight to South Africa, went into the field, and flash the referee with a yellow card.or red.ok, mine will be pink. On the bright side, the Dutch won most yellow cards achieved :). Third, it went ridiculously long (had to make a couple of trips to 7-eleven to buy coffee).

Knowing I have an attention span of a fish, 20 minutes into the game, I was already inventing new rules of the game, In about half an hour, I had my very own match in my head- of course, the players are topless *drool*. 21 years living, I still do not understand "offside".

Oh btw, that Jesus guy, O-M-G!hawtness!His eyes are to-die-for.

And this guy, Puyol, i think (I call him 'poofy'), the one with the poofy, curly hair. Realise that everytime his being slow-moed, it looked like a shampoo advertisement.hehehe.

Kinda reminds me of Sarah..

Same, no?

...and than there's Torres.love love love.

I went back home at about 5.30 a.m, and had to send dear cousin to KLCC at 6.30. I think everyone was driving to work with their eyes closed, because I swear, it felt like I was playing bumper car. Slept at 8 a.m *search for dark circles cream*.

Anyway, congratulations Spain!

Jacob-fied

The long anticipated Twilight : Eclipse is out! I got to watch it on the first day!

As much as I love Edward since the first movie, I must admit, he's pretty boring now. Hes becoming a girl, sort of. But c'mon, its Edward, still the love of my life *drool*.

The third movie has more Edward vs Jacob scenes, and I'm not complaining about that. Is it just me or I could lose count of abs on that boy (it is starting to look like a chocolate bar *yummy*). To hell with team edward or team jacob, I'm on team bella, for scoring a hot vampire and abslicious wolf.

"Let's face it, I'm hotter" - Jacob Black.
"You'll be a lot warmer with your clothes off" - Jacob Black.
" Does he even own a shirt?" - Edward Cullen.
"Could you at least try to keep your thoughts to yourself?" - Edward Cullen.

*died* ....... *died again*

My favourite scene would be the camping scene, where Edward and Jacob sort of verbally battle it out while Bella was sleeping. Trust me, if I were to be in a camp, with Edward and Jacob, sleeping would be the last thing on my mind *grin*.

It was definitely better than the last Twilight.much better. but not as good as the first one (Edward was super charming back then). Though most of the time my eyes were glued to Jacob's abs.

Im going to hug Jacob's picture to sleep now *wipes drool*.

North and South

From last Wednesday till Sunday my journey would be..

KL-KEDAH-PENANG-KL-MELAKA-JOHOR-NEGERI SEMBILAN-KL

*died*

Oh how I've missed my soggy, gooey pillow.heh.

Wednesday was a last minute plan to go back to Kedah to visit relatives, and it was the durian season. By the time we reached Kedah, it was already 8 p.m. Had dinner with an uncle, and went to visit relatives.

I have not been back to Kedah for about 3 years, and oh boy, has it changed.More highways.More buildings.More lights.

The next day, we went to a family farm. A farm that has all sorts of fruits- Durian, langsat, mangosteen, rambutan, pineapple, coffee, jambu, you name it, we've got it. My own little farmville. Going in the farm, I looked down at my heels, and started searching the car for a pair of slippers. I might be the first farmer in stilettos.love!

A million durian, and kebejillion flies and mosquitoes later, we head back to KL. Unfortunately, I did not bring my camera *smacks myself*.

When I reached KL, I only have a few hours to pack.and sleep. Friday morning, a bunch of us head off to Melaka. Reached Melaka around noon, and Shafikah and Meon wanted Muar food, so we head there.

Remember that durian goreng I was telling y'all about? I was excited to try it and praying hard that pakcik is there, and guess what?Apparently they are out of durian. All of them. I just got back from a farm of durian, for god's sake! We still settled for a couple of cempedak goreng (we actually forced the makcik to fry us more cempedak goreng) and coconut drink.

In Muar, I went to dad's office and my uncle was there..

Me : We are all hungry.Do you want to pay for our food *droopy eyes*
Uncle : Hmmmm... *guilty face* Ok *hands RM 20
Me : *sacarstic look*
Uncle : *hands RM 50*
Me : yay!!!

Innit a blessing to have a niece like me? *flips hair*

After we were super full, we went back to my late grandparents house, because we were all too sleepy to function, and decided to take a nap.

I woke up the next day, having these red dots all over me.I was bed-bugged. Went all over Melaka (well, maybe a teeny part of Melaka) to look for a clinic but apparently people there dont get sick on Saturdays.

One clinic was open.
Nurse : Yes, can I help you
Me : Yeap I would like to see a doctor.
Nurse : There is no doctor.
Me :.............. *maybe this is how they sell drugs* ok *gives dirty look to this old lady* ..bad lady!

Than we head to Port Dickson in high hopes for me to get a tan (I should just give up and paint myself with water colour). Because I had been the luckiest person on planet earth, the whole time (ok, most of the time) we were there, it freaking rain.like crazy. We spend most of the time (if not all) bumming in Sofia's apartment. At least we had a good view of the beach.

Sunday evening, we were suppose to leave for KL. After cleaning and packing up, and all good to go, Hazren's car broke down. The moment I got in the car, btw.So he had to go back with us, in Azrin's car. We waited for the tow truck and everything, got out of Port Dickson at about 11ish pm.

We were all going cuckoo in the car to keep ourselves up and started singing along to Awies..and Dangduts. Cool friends I have *smacks forehead*
