Guasha

My back and shoulders have been killing me lately, so Azrin took me out for a massage. This was my first massage since the accident (because people say dont urut when you're all bruised up and stuff). I went for this Guasha Massage last time, and it was awesome. Decided to go again.

Guasha is actually a kind of treatment here the brutal chinese aunties use a scraper and scrape the shit out of your back until ins red and bruised. No, I'm not crazy yet. I went for a more relaxing version: with nice-smelling oil, younger less brutal aunties using only their hands. Phew.

What they do is, they massage on these meridian points, and trust me, the more you scream when they reach a point, the harder they'll pin u down. Kinda like acupressure. I went for the whole package thing, massage, facial, head guasa (awesome for cronic migraine person like me) and wait for it, breast-firming massage!

I would rather have saggy nuggets *touch wood* than to go through that again! Hi, my jugs are swollen now thanks.

...but they put this warm stone thing under your neck when you lie down, heaven!

Azrin and I had the massage together. No, we did not see each other naked, sheesh. There's that curtain-y thing in the middle so we can still talk to each other. Although the only thing I was talking to was his snore. Pfft.

I finished my massage earlier than him, so I snuck over to his side and took pictures. Again, noone was seeing anyone naked. Mom, you can sit down now. See.

As pain as it was during the massage, I felt great right after. A bit dizzy (because now your blood flow like normal again, before it was blocked) but awesome!!

Review: Paranormal Activity 3

Havnt been watching movies for some time, but when this movie came out, I just had to go watch it. Even if it means going round in circles for hours in a parking lot because it's a public holiday eve.

I love ghost movie. I dont usually get scared in the cinema. Very hard to scare me ok. Which is why I stopped wasting money on Malay horror films because I end up being the only one in the cinema laughing (which annoys the crap out of Azrin). Seriously, horror filmaker have to be more creative.

Not many, but there are still some that could make me pee my pants. The first paranormal activity, for example was kind of scary. The storyline was quite good. To me, you could have all the sound effects but if your story is nonsense, it won't go anywhere.

I was about 5 minutes late into the movie, thank god I didnt miss much. Probably missed some saucy scenes (because when I got in, it was the scene where they were trying to make a sex tape).

OH MY GOD scary as hell. If you've watch the previous two movies, this is a pre-quel back when Katie was a little girl. Kids and ghosts give me the chills man. Its a smart kind of scary because it makes you think and you get freaked out by the smallest things.

Like when a little girl is having a tea party with a ghost, Toby.

Like when Toby locked a girl in a room.

Like when you play Bloody Mary and u get scratched. Deep.

Like when the little girl wants to be the bride to Toby.

Like how Toby crawls under the little girl's blanket.

*shivers*

Eff you Toby!

Best thing is, you cant see a damn ghost in the movie. Yet, you scared the crap out of everyone in the cinema. Even the men was holding hands and covering their faces, for god's sake. Now that is genius. It was so good, I felt like puking when the movie ends. Woah.

Go watch it guys, its awesome. Don't watch midnight, please.

Enchanted Wedding

I attended one of the most beautiful wedding I've seen. It was different, gorgeous and of course, the wedding dress OMG i'll get to that.

It was at Shangri-La and we were quite late, actually. At the socialising area, I was impressed at the ladies who were dressed like it was the Oscars. I have a habit of looking at what shoes and handbags women are sporting, so this was definitely a cure for sore eyes.

Once the ballroom was opened, you literally feel like you're stepping into another world. It was so romantic, I was bbm-ing Azrin major hints.HAHA *muka tak malu*.

...and the bride arrived, in what to me looks like a Rizalman creation. *died*.

Oh, I forgot, the groom was there too, I guess.hehe.

Dashing.

I like how they have the cake-cutting ceremony first, so they can share it with guests. Food was served, a 8-course-meal while Dayang Nurfaizah singing sappy songs. I was more into my perfectly cooked steak that cuts like butter *drool*.

This is not my first a-million-course wedding dinner, and personally, I'm not a big fan of it. Everyone have their own pace of eating, and it is hard to have everyone eat and finish at the same time. I eat fast, so I had to wait quite long for the next dish to be served. Plus, its a wedding, honestly I was waiting for rendang daging or ayam masak merah. Dissapointed.

Azrin got annoyed with my bbms he just stopped replying at one point.

Think I scared him away. Oops.

Iranian Rice

The whole week I was craving for Iranian rice, you know the one with two long lamb kebabs with white rice that has yellow spot on. Back then they had it in hartamas and it was so good I had it almost everyday. Azrin and I spent 2 days looking for it around KL and Damansara area. No go.

Google was not being much of a help either. Kept giving me recipies.

I accidentally came across a website for The Kebab House in Solaris. Perfecto!

To be honest with you, I love Solaris because they have a selection of food places you can choose from. Thai, Kelantan, Mamak, Medditeranean, Japanese, everything, but OH MY GOD I will get so freaking lost everytime. Everything is hidden and the damn map/directory is so useless. Don't even get me started on the non-english-speaking security guards.

After 7 hours of getting lost and walking from one end to another and back again, we found it! Its upstairs so it had a magnificent view of KL. Very cooling too!!

Food came and it was HUGE!! Lamb was so juicy and soft it literally melts in your mouth. I love it!!

Belly dancing, anyone? *shake it*

After lunch, Azrin and I walked around and they have some weird artsy fartsy thing in the lobby.

I swear to god, I touched that chair and it was wiggly-ing and it looked like it was about to fall *run*. They should have chain it or something if its that unstable.Sheesh.

Fara's Graduation Hoorah

Last Friday, Fara was officially a graduate. Kind of basi, if you asked me because technically she graduated 10 months ago, just that the ceremony was last week.

Pfft.

Since we have'nt seen each other anyway, she had a little lepak thing in pyramid. Out of all the places in the world. Friday. Rain. Ldp. Killed someone. Was about one and a half hour late, and wet.

Me : Bing, do u like the present I got you?
Fara : *looks around* what present?
Me : Me missing finale Tahajjud Cinta.

We were all just talking. Ok, I was busy on twitter. Played some cards, not my tai ti day to be honest..

Chef A

Azrin and I are 45 months now. Sickening that we're still counting, huh?

Throughout this relationship, Azrin have never ever ever cooked for me. Trust me, he can't even boil water without probably, well, burning it. Him in the kitchen, is like putting me in a hardware store. Lost. Lately, I've been whining a lot, that he should learn how to cook, or at least know what garlic and onions are so that he could help me in the kitchen and that could be our coupl-y thing. Most of the time, I ask him to pass me some ginger, he would stare at me like I was a ghost.

He totally suprised me, when he cooked on our anniversary, monthesary whatever you call it. I've been craving meatloaf so he was determined to cook that for me *gulp*.

Did not take pictures of th whole thing, only managed to snap what's left in my bowl. It was pretty good, I must say. Or I was really hungry. It was really good though *yay*.

Azrin : I have no garlic!!!
Me : *grab garlic on the table and give it to him*
Azrin : That's bawang putih!!!!
Me : ................ so u think bawang putih in english is white onions isit?
Azrin : Oh.

He also made these Maggi Cubes I love. His grandmama's recipe which she is not willing to share with anyone in this world. One day, I will shake her till she give me hee.

Orgasm on a plate. Of course, Azrin's brother came down and stole the whole plate of it. Party pooper.

Chef A in the house!!

Early Riser

Had to sacrifice saturday sleep-in last week to go renew my passport. Azrin picked me up when the sun was not even up yet. Yes, I was a cranky bitch. Since I am the least organised person in the whole world, of course I came unprepared. At least Azrin got his photostated IC, picture, everything done, but there I was looking for a photostate shop at 6 am.

That passport place opens at 8, and we reached there at about 7am. I was imagining me enjoying some hot crispy roti canai with dripping thick curry and a glass of teh o ais. Mental image of an awesome breakfast crushed when the line was already like this outside.

AT 7 IN THE MORNING.

Do these people camp out the night before or something?

Even when we got inside, it was mad. The officers was just yelling here and there, screaming at old men who probably could not understand what was on the forms. Dude, I get it, you have to work on weekends and it stinks balls, but suck it up! You're getting your half month bonus in december so don't complaint.

Never ending line, and that was just to get our number.

Thank god, there was about 20 counters and almost all of them were opened. So it was moving pretty fast. After you've made payments, you've got to wait for an hour and your passport will be ready. Genius me, missed my number and lady behind the counter was giving me an attitude. Clearly somebody need to get some.

The whole process would probably take about two hours, provided you come prepared.

Visitors

My house feels very quiet and empty these days. When I'm home, Mom and Dad will go out. We need to start having pets around here, but Dad is scared of cats (when I say scared, I mean he will jump on the table if a cat comes near him scared) and my fishes kept dying. I might start talking to them sofas soon, I swear.

It was good that yesterday Dad's sister came by to visit with her whole family. They're from Johor, but they were only here for a couple of hours and I bet if it was up to us, we would tie them up to the pillar so they won't leave. HEHE.

Reason they came by was to see little niece. Oh she's 7 months tomorrow!

I was happy to see my cousins.

You see, the three of us practically grew up together. The one in the middle is one month older than the left one, and I am three months younger than the middle one. Not far apart, even showered together back then *cheeky smile*.

Now, we're all grown up, working, real problems in life. Why can't we all still roll around in mud?

This stinks balls.

Have a great weekend, everyone!
