Sending Off

I get so excited, with a little bit of jealousy when people are going to Umrah/ Haji, because when I went there, I was super young so I barely remembers it. Haih.

Insyaallah, one day, I'll visit God's home again.

My Paksu and family flew off to perform their Umrah yesterday, so Azrin and I sent them off at the airport, also to remind them to pray for me getting a Birkin and Brad Pitt.

Kidding.

Of course, I hope they pray for my health, family, my jodoh and that one day I get to go there again. Amin.

They look so happy!! Who wouldnt be?

Safe flight, safe trip Paksu, Maksu, Sofea and Adam!

*cough* Azrin promised he'll bring me there one day, Insyaallah

Hot as Hell

Have you guys tried the world's hottest chilli?

Well, I have *blows nail*

My father calls it "takda pasal, cari pasal", because we were all racing to the toilet right after haha.

Nadia was telling her experience eating it and I got so excited, I wanted to try too. I was all like "Ngeh, how hot can it be? Its just....chilli"

Boy, was I wrong........

First bite...

*after 3 seconds*

"Not that hot what..."

* 5 seconds*

#&^%$#$%^&*!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tears falling down like waterfall, lips burning like crazy, started cursing like mad. Oh dear god.

After a tiny piece, I ordered a cake to kill off the spicy-ness. Shafiqah was about to faint, Azrin went deaf for a while, Nadia looked like she was abused.

Crazy!

...but I'm proud to say, I have tasted the Hottest Chilli in the world :)

...nope, never eating it again. Ever!

Three Adults One Kid

We're spoiling Little Sofia a little too much. She wants "aishshkimm", she gets it. She wants "lopop", she gets it.

Even when we adults just got back from work, all tired, Little Sofia wakes up from her evening nap and says "shaaii, piiishhh" (slide, please), we'll be starting our engines before she finishes saying please.

....and so she one evening she came up to Azrin, Shafiqah and I begging us to bring her to play slide.

*starts engine*

*reached playground*

Happy Little Pei!

Oh my god, its so tiring to take care of one kid. With her running everywhere, climbing up and down, screaming....

Well, we thought we brought one kid to the playground.....

but we were wrong.....

*smacks forehead*

Broke Down

Went for a short trip to Penang again last weekend. Since there's that rally thing in Penang we decided to start our journey at 5.30am (Sofia and Hazren managed to wake up this time!), and the whole way there......

Snoozefest. Poor Hazren had to drive all the way.

Anyway, when we were deciding whose car to bring, Azrin's car's aircond is not working. Hazren went and bang his car to a pole for no reason and we took my car to Penang a few weeks ago so it might break down in the middle of the journey, therefore we thought Sofia's car would be the best bet.

Boy were we wrong.

The battery died. Twice! Somewhere we dont even know anyone!

Haiyoh.

Next time we'll just fly, no?

Bingo's Bday

I was one day late (because on her birthday everyone was busy getting angry on the election results), but I surprised her at work with a slice of birthday cake!

Me: Boo, what if I light up the candle, and she's not in her room?
Azrin: Ok, I'll pretend to go to the toilet and peek into her room

"She's in!"

"Happy Birthday Bing!!! Make a wish!"

.....and so Fara and I ended up gossiping while sharing the cake I bought for her. We malays call it buruk siku. Haha.

Happy birthday bingo! We shall partay tonight. See you later. Hee!

Review: Long Weekend

Azrin and I haven't had a movie date night in so long!! Probably more than a year. I don't even know what were we busy with...

Checked our schedule, found one night where we were both free, I quickly booked the tickets online, grab my dear boyfriend and off for our movie night. Hehe.

I love love love ghost movies. Especially the ones from Thailand, Korea, Japan, those kinds. I think hollywood's creepy movies are not so...creepy. Except Paranormal Activity haiyoh!

This time we watched Long Weekend, a Thai movie.

First of all, Thai's male actor....... *wipes drool*

Even when they kena rasuk, seriously...underwear model alert.

Overall, the movie was just so-so. The storyline was average, nothing special. Annoys me that some parts (usually the crucial moments!), the subtitle dissapears. Like, hello!!
