I Have Tasted This Before
Azrin and I visited Uncle Mi and Aunty An who just got back from Melbourne and they got these not-so-normal chocolates from a place they went..Yarra something. Not the river. I'll check with them haha.
Back to the chocolates, even Aunty An said "I don't want to try these chocolate by myself so you guys eat lah".
Hmm. Thanks?
Azrin picked this one.
Me : Wait. Very familiar. I have tasted this before, but I don't know what or from where.
Azrin : Hmm. Macam got angin sikit
Me : Yes but its not mint.
Azrin : Oh! I know! That thing orang sapu dekat kepala tu..what is that?
Me : Yes! minyak kapak!!
Uncle Mi & Aunty An : ........huh?
Its got that light smell of minyak kapak or minyak angin (I don't know which is which), but still very chocolatey.
Second pick. My pick.
Me : This one taste like pasta!
Azrin : Ya lah, marinara!
Uncle Mi & Aunty An : -__________-"
Hehe. Its good to have different kinds of chocolates. Very hard to find here (I think).

Next Time, Drop Me Your Number
I was out shopping with Azrin one day, and we were walking back to our car, I thought something was a bit..off. One of my gift is I can detect something that is not right (especially when is has got to do with colours or shapes) with just a glance.
"Chup, something's missing"
I called Esther (the fun car lady) immediately and talked to her and she ordered it and everything, after a week it was ready and we had to go to the service centre to put it on. I was so annoyed with whoever that had that much time to steal that thing (I don't even know what it is called) even when we were in a so-called "prestigious" place *rolls eyes*. Seriously, I don't care about the cost, but we had to rush to Damansara early in the morning through the crazy traffic, wait for three freaking hours, and rushed to work (yes, I was late!) just for that thing.
Urgh!
I don't even know what that thing is for.
To the dude who stole that thing from my car, the next time you plan to do that, drop me your number, I will call you and maybe belanja you one ok. No need to steal from me or from anyone else. It is troublesome. Please.
Selfish.

Last Day Of
It is the last day of Syawal. Woah, its been a month!
So since yesterday was the last Syawal weekend, I planned with Azrin to go around and kacau people and enjoy rather then sitting at home watching episodes of celebrity apprentice (addicted!).
First stop- Tok Cik's house. I am a mix of north and south, nothing from the east coast so when Azrin's aunt said she was going to prepare Nasi Dagang, I was smiling to myself and wiping off the drool that is dripping down. Hehe.
Aunty Niki even made Laksam! *fireworks*.
Azrin's hi-tech Tok Cik was taking videos and photos the whole time. She was even teaching me how to take pictures and other things. See, age is just a number, people!
Next stop, we went over to Nadia's house to visit my nephew Alauddin who was sick. Lepak and kacau him for a little while, made him cry and scream until he was to tired to do anything.
Yes, Aunty Adik the evil aunt *bows*.
It was close to Maghrib, so we all agreed to meet up at Daddy's to celebrate his and Stepmom's last day of Puasa Enam and it was a great way to end a wonderful month. Food, family, fun.
Amazing.
See you next year, Insyaallah.

Typical Her
Sarah turned twenty something yesterday and I asked her a few days ago for her birthday plans..
"Oh, I'm just going for dimsum with Rais.."
Pfft, going for dimsum? Of course, I'm inviting myself and my husband too. Come on, its her. It would be almost rude if I did not invite myself since she invaded my birthday dates a million times back then. So I asked her to pick a place and "see you there".
Last night, I picked Azrin from work and headed to Sheraton for her dimsum night. Of course we reached there first (if you know Sarah, you should know her timing issues), Azrin and I ordered some drinks and looked through the menus, when the lady said
"Maam, no dimsum for dinner ya"
"Oh.."
*called Sarah*
"Eh makcik, when you buat reservation you did not ask the most important question ke?
"No dimsum ke?"
So Azrin and I wanted to settle our drinks and were just talking to them but they felt bad and said everything was on the house. Met Sarah at the lobby and she still wanted dimsum. We were still calling around for dimsum. Azrin and i told her, most places in KL serve them for lunch but well, have to follow pregnant birthday girl, right? My next favourite ones would be Minmax and Mandarin Oriental, but not available too.
Last choice- Dolly Dimsum. Birthday girl's least favourite. Well, it was close to 9.30pm. It was either that or we were going to have nasi kandar for her birthday.
Well, she said we did not ordered enough food. Haih. No, we could not finish them up. We were getting blur towards the end because we were too full.
Happy Birthday Lalat! Hope you enjoyed your simple but chaotic birthday dinner!
Makan all you can before you have to berpantang. Speaking of berpantang, you guys know how I found out about her being pregnant? Nope, she did not tell me! I was chilling and eating ice cream with Sarah's mom on raya (no, Sarah was not there)
Sarah's Mom : Sha, you know she's four month's along?
Me : Well, I know now.
Sarah's Mom : Yes yes. I thought you knew
Me : Haha I told her so many times that she's pregnant but she kept saying she's not. Siap dia.
Sarah's Mom : Err..this ice cream is really nice.
Haha.

Remember, remember
My hollywood husband can sing along to any songs from those famous old movies where i will just stare at him and *crickets*. Yes, we are suppose to switch the industries we are in now. He can sing around the house pretending to be Elvis, he knows all the movies like Grease, Sound of Music- probably the only things he could talk to Daddy about besides dessert. His first concert was even Michael Jackson! *rolls eyes*
So when i found out klpac will be staging this show, I was kinda excited. Screw it, I was super excited! I get to watch it, and have something in common with my hollywood husband! *dances* Haha.
"B, I'll be watching Fame tomorrow k. You go dinner sendiri la"
He started singing all the songs. Sheesh, he could at least wait till after I watch the show and we can sing together.
After the show last night, I went home, and I was singing and he was rolling his eyes because he sang it the day before. Apparently its that famous Fame song. Oops.
"I'm gonna live forever..I'm gonna learn how to fly"
"Remember remember remember"
Hehe.
Anyway, the show was amazing!! Opens today! Ticket price? Wait for it.....
RM53!!! to watch FAME??

#bingbahagia
It was a beautiful weekend since our last "makcik" got married! *fireworks*
On Friday was her nikah, Azrin and I rushed from work, I did curse a few cars on the road, hoping to not miss her "aku nikahkan kau.." moment. Once we got around her house area, we got lost. Happens every single freaking time!
We were going back and forth.
"Is it this house? But this one no pool"
"Eh her house got big swing outside lah"
"Takkan la, during nikah tak switch on the lights kut? Maybe buat dekat belakang"
"Eh not this one kut, yang ni got chinese word all over"
Yes, at last we found the house with khemah outside. Should have look for a house with a tent 30 minutes before right? *smacks forehead*
Just in time for her nikah. And food. Delicious food!
The next day was their reception. Did not want to be late again so we were one of the first ones there. Hehe.
It was like a Sunway reunion for me, and Azrin got to see his MRT ex-colleagues. Yes, Fara and I studied at the same place and Azrin worked with her together before, but Azrin and Fara also went to the same primary school or something. See, we are all in the same circle.
So fun meeting everyone, updating what is everyone up to, babysitting everyone's babies (only Lilly and Ruqqie want me haha) and of course the bride and groom- Gorgeous! Everything was just perfect!
To Bahagia & Fara, congratulations! I am so happy for you guys. Makcik, you know we have had our err, ups and downs, but let me tell you, I know you are super super happy and I am glad you have found your prince charming who can take care of you. Have fun on your honeymoon, guys!
Congrats prom queen and hubby!

Gotta Work B**ch
..so here's the big story!
Since I met Azrin a decade ago, I told him I want to meet Britney at least once in my life, you know like my life dream! I had all her albums, wanted to be her as I was growing up and my poor brother had to listen to her music all day as I blasted her songs next door. The amount of "A"s I had to get in my exams just so I get her CDs and other Britney stuff. If you think about it, Britney was the source of my straight As haha.
So when I found out about her touring around asia, I panicked. I mean, I was going to see Britney! Time to plan.
Plan A- Bangkok. A day before raya (malam raya). Told Daddy and Stepmom about it.
Stepmom : Adik, orang malam raya dok bertakbir, awak nak pergi mengadap si Britney. I don't know what to say lah. Up to you
Daddy: *looks away and did not talk to me for the rest of the night*
We still planned to go, but then it was sold out less than an hour after the launch. Tak sempat.
Plan B- Hong Kong. Sold out while I was signing up before purchasing the tickets. Boo.
I was getting depressed. Last choice was Singapore but Azrin had something on and could not make it.
Suddenly, they opened another show in Bangkok, a day before the original show. Purchased it immediately without thinking or asking anyone. Hehe.
We made it! The place was huge! Yes, Britney was really tiny, but oh well, we had so much fun! Azrin and I were competing who would know more songs of hers, I must say we both knew about 98%. That's because the 2% were her new songs haha!
I felt so underdressed because people that came were dressing up as Brit, like in the red cat suit or in a school uniform and two ponytails.
Azrin : I should have came in a stewardess uniform, more cantik than everyone kan?
Errr. Should I be worried?
I was wondering why were there "older" people there watching, dancing and singing throughout the concert, but then I realised oh yeah..we are from THAT era.
Heh.
Loved it.
Next? Aiming for Beyonce or Lady Gaga.

Wisdom
One kind of pain that I can't stand- toothache. You know, the one that you can feel up to your brain, makes you feel like pulling out your hair every 10 seconds, and sometimes your eyes would feel like it'll just pop out. Miserable.
I felt that and I was crying, screaming and scolding Azrin like a crazy lady. I scolded him for driving to fast, too slow and because he langgar the speed bump. What my genius husband did was he set up an appointment with a dentist for me. Haha.
He said it was because he kesian seeing me in pain and that he loves me. I'm sure.
Off we went to the dentist yesterday (boy did he drive really fast and the the radio was on super loudly, I wonder why), of course it was the whole wisdom tooth shannanigs. Yes, I am a wise lady now *bows*.
They had to cabut a tooth out, the horror! It was not painful since they poked that thing that made my mouth numb and all..but the sound! Haiyo. Felt like I was in Saw. I had to show my macho-ness and gentleness because the dentist was cute! Haha! Yes Azrin followed me in the surgery room *rolls eyes*
Alhamdulillah everything went well. Had to shove this thing in my mouth for the whole day. So uncomfortable. So close to swollowing that thing (since it was so far behind- towards the throat).
