Oh god, it's already the last day of the year. It is kind of sad that the year is ending. This year have seen me fail, succeed, sad, happy, made new friends, broke some friendship, many more.

Let's learn from our mistakes, and make better choices and decisions in the new decade. Bring it on, sister!

Now, thanks to the National football team (good job, boys!), we all could enjoy and party it up for NYE.Woohoo! Ok, I bet the roads would be super jam from 11 a.m.pffft.

Exhausted

At 8pm on Monday, I received a rather shocking phone call from a cousin, Shafiqah.

Shafiqah : Uzaini passed away.
Me : Yeah, right.


I had to make a couple of comfirmation calls, only than I believed it. Than I had to break the news to my parents. Than they made a few calls, and than all of us went into panic mode. I had to just sit for a good 15 minutes to register it in my head.

Than all of us had to rush and get ready to go back to Muar. I went with my cousin, Nadia. We had to stop by Melaka first, to pick up Shafiqah, before Muar. We reached the house at about 12.30 a.m.


When I saw the body, it still hasn't hit me, because he just looked like he went to sleep. Very peaceful. At about 2 a.m, I realised, I havn't had dinner, so we looked for a place to eat. Went back to my grandparents' house to take a nap before the funeral in the morning.


I could not sleep. Actually, most of us could not sleep. It was 4 a.m, the aircond was facing straight to me, I was sleeping on the floor, I had to share a pillow with Shafiqah, and I was coughing the whole night (and everyone complaint about my coughing in the morning). By 5a.m, everyone got up anyway, and got ready for the funeral.


The funeral finished at about 11 a.m. By this time, my brain was shutting down from the crying, and not sleeping, I was starting to look like a zombie.


At 2 p.m, Nadia, Shafiqah and I was on the way home. Dropped Shafiqah in Melaka (read stopped and eat). Nadia and I reached KL at about 8 p.m, but we had stuff to do in Puchong, and everything was done pass midnight. I got home, before going into the showers, I lie down on my bed, just to close my eyes for 2 minutes from the long day. When I woke up, it was already the morning, same position, still not showered. It shows how tired I am.


One thing it thought me is that it does not matter if you're old, young, tall, short, fat, skinny, when its time for you to go, its time to go.


My cousin had suddenly passed away heart failure.


He was only 22.

Within 2 months, this is the 4th 'bad news' I have received. It has been a devastating two months.


To Syed Uzaini's family, be strong. My prayers are with you.

Ho Ho Ho

Hey all! First, to all my Christian friends, Merry Christmas. Heck, to everyone, Merry Christmas. When it comes to a festival of presents, I think all of us deserve a gift or two from Santa right

I like Christmas. Everyone is happy during christmas (except for people in parking lots at shopping malls. I swear its a battle field out there!). Usually my friends and I will get together during christmas and have dinner and chat, but this year, I mean, recently, everyone is too busy for me.

Oh, Santa Azrin gave me a gift unexpectedly.Sort of.

Honestly, he saved my life. Actually, he saved Dad's credit card, because if my laptop crash, I'll bug him for a new one.heh.

Broken gadget

I'm still sick, I sound like a duck.


Anyway, Mommy got admitted into the hospital yesterday for a minor operation to replace a gadget in her arm (the one that is used to do dialysis) that was broken. Bionic woman, my mama. She's got gadgets, steel, this and that planted in her body. No one mess with her, man.


no wonder, when she playfully hits me, it hurts like a #$%!@&^!!


The surgery went well. She got out of the OT at about 7pm-ish, and I came to visit her. First stop- flower shop. She would not let me through the door to visit her without no damn flowers.



How come when I'm sick, no one gives flowers...or vegetables *waves at Sarah* (because she went to Cameron Highland and bought everyone but me vegetables). Ok, I don't eat vegetables, but I would eat it if my friends bought for me, no? Or i'll feed my fishes with it. AND I have recently started eating Lettuce.

Anyway, back to Mommy, I got bored, and she was still out, so I poked her around...until she wakes up. But I was coughing so loudly, she woke up anyway.heh.





She's all good now. She's out of the hospital and bugging me to bring her shopping (even when she can't move 1 arm for a couple of days).



Btw, she made me go shopping for her for new clothes because she need something new to wear at the hospital.


Just one night of admission costs close to 10k.Mad.
Dad : If you don't have money, don't get sick ok.

Oh no! Im sick!! Sick!!!

I rarely get sick, but when I do, I really suck. Booooooooo!

I can barely get out of bed. No, I can barely move. Even typing this hurts.Sobs. Ive eaten like, 4 freaking panadols, and all sorts of medicine, still not working. My joints really hurts.

*cry*

Anybody want's to buy me some chicken soup?? Or McD porridge *puppy eyes with snort flowing down*

Abang's 30th

We all had dinner at Outback Steakhouse. It was raining ponies and cows, and we had to sit outside (because a group of drunkards were having a xmas party, but the last time I checked it is not Xmas yet.pfft), so my Black Pepper steak might have more gravy than it should have.sobs.

Now I shall just drool y'all with food, food, food.

...and of course, a little surprise. The Oreocheese from Mom's birthday was so good, everyone wanted the same cake again. You guys should really try it.amazeballs.

Review : Tron

Azrin and I attended a special screening of the much anticipated movie, Tron. Honestly I did'nt know about this movie, that they had this movie in the 80s, and found out, through twitter that everyone can't wait to see it. Here I am, calling it Troy (Sofia's cat).

Anyway, before the movie, Azrin and I had Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and I was so sticky after, I could be a lizard. But it tasted soooo gooey though. Much better than the last time I tried. I loike!

Now about the movie.

Nyeeeeeehhhh *doing that so-so hand gesture*.

I am not much of a sci-fi fan.At all. Nothing about them make sense. About Tron, some parts almost got me snoozing. I thought the actors were a little too dramatic. It's also a teeeny bit draggy. I mean, come on, get it over and done with the disc and the journey to the portal. You don't need the whole 2hoursplus to do just that.pffft.

The graphics was undeniably awesome possum, I must say. But that's about it. That is probably the only cool thing about the movie. Thank god, there's a whole lot of it *thumbs up*.

......still, it does not make any sense.

Might as well watch that movie made by that creepy guy with the weird hair. You know, the one with the 40mill.nyeh!

Coolest Invitation

Couple of weeks back, Dad received this in the mail box.

OhMyGod How cool is that?!?!?! Who would not want to go to the wedding? Who knows you might even get a treasure of gold when u reach the reception.heh. Super creative.

When I first saw this I was in super jakun mode, and everyone that came in my house, I would shove this to their faces and go 'Look! Cool, right???'

I am the kind of person who is kind of against OTT invitation cards. Espiacially the ones with their pictures on. Tacky, much? Oh, I have even come across invites like those big photo album that takes two people to carry. I mean, what's your point, dude?? It is JUST invitation cards. People are going to take one or two looks at it, just to see when and where it is held, and they are just going to throw it away. What a waste. Might as well use the extra cash and shop during your honeymoon, no?

..but on this whole Ahoy Invitation thing, superdamnfreaking cool! Ok, maybe I am still on jakun mode.

Now I have to think of a creative way for MY wedding invitation *puts on thinking cap*

3D cards? Video invites? Invites in the shape of a Louboutin heels?

Kacang Pool/Phole/Foul

If you read one of my post couple of months back, y'all should know my obsession on Kacang Poole, which really is an Arabian version of chilly. I've tasted a superb one all the way in JB and the ones here are really dissapointing.

So what do I do?

Make my own one!! Ok, actually, someone else's recipe, I just plagirized it.heh.

So this is my late uncle's recipe.Al-fatihah.

Ingredients.

- Kacang Foul

- Kidney Beans

- Chicken Stock Cube

- Curry Powder

- Minced meat

- A few more secret ingredients.

Now let's get the party started. I'm just going to show you the process of cooking it, sort of.


We made two types. One has more meat, and more spicy. Unfortunately, there was too much curry powder, and it tasted like meat curry.sobs.


The second one was more mild, and more beans. This one was perfect. If only there was more meat.Yay!!


So, buy a loaf of bread, spread butter, and put it over the stove for a bit, fry an egg, and voila! Chomp your way to perfection.heh.

Victoria's Secret 2010

Now here's a treat for you boys, and an inspiration for us girls to starve for the next 2 months. Yes, it is possible to look this good *throws away brownie*.

This is a show I never miss every year. They put up an amazing show each year that makes you go 'it cannot get better than this' and than they do the next year.

I was super excited for the show because my favourite-est model is back! Adriana Lima y'all. The hottest sexiest gorgeous-est woman in the world. I am like, obsessed with her since i first saw her many years back. I love her so much that I'm naming my daughter after her. She was'nt in the show last year because she was pregnant.

Something must be in the water or something that most of the Angels are either pregnant or giving birth- Doutzen, Miranda Kerr and a couple more. So this year, you'll see many new faces. Yay Chanel Iman!! The only senior angels were Adriana Lima, Alesandra Ambrossio and Karolina Kurkova (all three just gave birth too, seriously!). Than again, who would'nt get pregnant if you're a VS model, no?
Alright, alright, these are my picks, so prepare to drool your life away..

As usual, the show is divided to a few parts. The first part was 'Tough Love'. Very Ed Hardy, emo, punk-ish..





The second part is tribal/african/exotic animal theme. Super super sexy! Meow.

Than there is this whole 'country' theme. With the barn and all.

I think this is so cool. If it was Malaysia's Rahsia Cik Victoria, we would have bras made of kain batik, kain pelikat and tudung saji.heh. Next part is all about angel, mystical, whimsical, sparkly..
